A rare/An excellent opportunity has arisen for an exciting office relocation project in Devon for a fixed term contract up to 12 months. (Possible renewal)

Our first-class client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with previous experience of managing the full life cycle of an office relocation including managing and co-ordinating various 3rd parties and other service providers to ensure that among others the below requirements are successfully completed:

1) IT
2) Furniture procurement and installation
3) Internal design (including partitioning) and signage
4) External design and signage
5) Support systems (security, reception etc)
6) Benchmarking
7) Some organisational change aspects

This role requires an experienced project manager who is a people person with passion and drive and desire to get things done, deliver efficiency and the ability to ensure the project is completed on budget and to agreed timescales. You will have worked with this type of office move project before with strong change/stakeholder management and very good communication skills .At this initial stage the client will only consider candidates who match all the criteria above.
