Project Manager, Microsoft 365 Rollout - Gothenburg, Sweden (£350 - £400)

My client is a leading telecommunications multinational looking for a Project Manager to join them in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will be supporting them in the roll out of their Microsoft 365 in order to drive their network planning and architecture.

Note: 2-3 days on site

Responsibilities:
*Assist the client in identifying the current infrastructure, both data and voice/video network infrastructure and determine how all these different components can and will operate together.
*Identify the current sites and location within client's network.
*Define and group together the sites with similar requirements and needs
*Identify the current traffic patterns for the current UC&C infrastructure, video and voice
*Determine and define network traffic flow
*Predict and describe the traffic flow in Office 365 environment.
*Define actions to mitigate any future issues.
*Define short and long term solutions to enable the support of Office 365 roll-out starting in May 2015.
*Lead the Office 365 roll-out to ensure the mitigating measures are implemented prior to roll-out.

Skills and Experience:
*Knowledge of UC&C and Office 365
*Telecommunications background
*Peer-to-peer voice and video networks
*Lynch online
*Office 365
*Network Load balancing experience on WAN and LAN of the existing networks to accommodate current and future changes.
*Traffic flow monitoring, defining and recommendation
