MY DUTIES:
-Prepare, in coordination with the Sponsor and project core team, the Project Charter
-Develop and communicate the project governance: roles and Responsibilities, decision making process and authority levels for decisions
-Liaise with, and updates progress to, project SC/senior management
-Engage the users, and other groups as necessary, to discuss and design the changes in business processes, organizational structure or solutions
-Lead OCM (Organizational Change Management) stream and its Initiatives
-Sets the Scope and expectations; defines target metrics and timeframe
-Record and manage project risks and issues, propose corrective actions
-Keep track of actual costs vs. planned costs
-Keep project SC informed about budget evolution and request changes to
SC if required -Work closely with the final customer in order to ensure successful project
MY QUALIFICATIONS:
-Training: Certificate from a technical or business institute (e.g. in engineering, accounting, applied psychology) or other recognized professional qualification
-Profound Experience with proven experience as project manager and solid work experience in OCM
-Experience or knowledge in Supply Chain is preferred
-Result Orientation: Moderate effects on several departments or interests
-Languages: Fluent (reading, writing and speaking) in English, German is a plus
-Desired: PMI CAPM or PMP certification, ADKAR certification
