PROJECT MANAGER (NOT A TECHNICAL MANAGER ROLE)

DURATION: 4-month contract (W2) (possible conversion; only seeking individuals eligible to convert to FTE)

CLIENT: One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers

DEPARTMENT: Compliance

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT:

- PM to work as assigned on various projects across the compliance department

STAGE OF THE PROJECT:

- This will vary based on the assignment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years' relative experience
- Someone diverse in experience that includes the ability to lead projects as assigned
- Independent experience managing projects
- not simply working on projects that are managed by others
- includes IT and multi-tier business operations projects
- Experienced PowerPoint Report Writer
- Excellent "soft" people skills
- Ability to navigate and drive outcomes in a passive aggressive environment
- Organized, flexible, strong communication skills

TRAVEL:

- There could be some days needed to work from Pleasanton
