- Coordinate the translations of manuals from English to other European and Asian languages
- Manage translations of release notes, manuals and on-line help with translation contractors and internal reviewers
- Track hours and costs of external contractors and collaborators
- Interact with Head PM, external technical writers, contractors, translators and application specialists
- Interact with the release management
- Technical-, administrative, and organizational skills
- Proficient in English and German
- Any additional language
- Very good communicative competence
- Good knowledge in project coordination
- Knowledge of Translation Management Systems (beneficial)
- Knowledge of Terminology Management (beneficial)
- Knowledge of Authoring tools: FrameMaker and Word
- DITA/CMS
- XML-Based translation experience
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
