REQUIRED

- Over 5 years managing technical information technology projects with increasing complexity.
- Previous experience with formal implementation of a CRM System - Microsoft Dynamic.
- Project Leadership on multi-faceted projects.
- Superior Customer Service attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated Time Management.
- Supports and maintains positive attitude and vision with team members.
- Contributes as a team leader or team member depending on project.
- Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.

PREFERRED

- Bachelor Degree.
- PMP Certification.
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
