Project Manager - Mortgage Product Pricing - Customer Insight

PROJECT MANAGER - MORTGAGE PRODUCT PRICING - CUSTOMER INSIGHT - BUSINESS CHANGE

Based in Bristol a Business Project Manager is required on a contract basis to lead a customer insight driven project that will deliver new business forecasting tools and customer pricing models to support a mortgage related business.

The key skills required are:

- Business process change delivery experience - (this is business change focused role, not IT)
- Experience of mortgage related businesses/projects - acquisition/retention for direct and/or intermediary sales.
- Understanding of product pricing strategies (ideally mortgages).
- Experience of financial services/customer insight modelling approaches/methodologies.

You would be required to manage the full End2End execution of the project from initiation to delivery ensuring objectives are met and driving to resolution any critical issues. Working with the mortgage business you will leverage and empower the broader virtual team.
