KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
MUST HAVE MOBILE EXPERIENCE.
- Define, plan, control and manage project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Develop and manage through project life cycle, project plans and communication documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers and management of 3rd party suppliers.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion, develop and implementation of stakeholder management plan.
- Responsible for following management areas within the project:
- Project Integration Management - including handover to support and close out documentation.
- Project Scope, Time and Cost Management
- Project Quality Management - including adherence to overall quality standards within group.
- Project HR Management - including identification and management of project resources.
- Project Communication Management - including internal/external and 3rd parties.
- Project Risk Management - including identification and proactive management of risk plans and contingency funds.
- Procurement Management - including stock management of mobile devices.
- Develop and implement quality control methods.
- Understand and interpret project financials.
- Analyse deviations from forecast, targets and predictions and generate ad-hoc and standard reports.
- Effective effort estimating and supporting of pre sales function.
- Develop and implement project controls and reports to provide management data on project portfolio
