Project Manager - Military - Bristol - 321 per day

SC Cleared Project Manager - Military required for Government organisation based in Bristol, South West.

Due to the urgency of the role candidates must hold current Security Clearance to at least SC level, DV would be an advantage.

The post holder will have the following primary and secondary areas of responsibility:

Primary:

Support delivery. This will involve helping the Senior Output Manager:

o Maintain project issues/risks/opportunities.

o Review and amend publications

o Arranging and progressing repairs and associated payments. The Senior Output Manager will authorise repairs.

o Supporting the Senior Output Manager at monthly FOO meetings.

Support the introduction of ECUs (Environmental Air Conditioning Units) into the TWE (Technical Working Environment) project team. This will involve gathering data and information on current equipment and producing a paper for the Senior Output Manager explaining the make, model and technical compliance of existing equipment, the current and required/future stock levels against agreed 3rd order Assumptions, existing/outstanding commercial mechanisms, associated budget, financial constraints and recommendations on key actions that need taking to ensure that the transfer is successful.

Support the update of the current Targetry Catalogue. This will involve checking existing data is valid, making necessary changes and amending.

Gather data and other supporting information across the wider project team to support Infrastructure outputs. A working knowledge of SS3 (Land Equipment stock supply system) would be beneficial.

Support in the production and maintenance of key documentation such as the Through Life Management Plans. Knowledge of the equipment, especially from an engineering perspective.

Secondary:

Maintaining asset management information.

Maintaining the Safety Case, Hazard logs, participating in all relevant safety panels and ensuring all actions are resolved to agreed timelines.

Support change and configuration management.

Support development of ILS Plans.
