-Decisions needed (which business decision need to be taken in order to create the final TO BE picture)
-TO BE definition (future system and process landscape)
-GAP inventory (which technical GAPs need to be developed to allow the system integration)
-Migration requirements (what to be migrated and in which migration approach)
-Dependencies to other work streams
-Project risks overview (which risks can be foreseen and how to mitigate them)
-Test plan (test cases, test resources, test prerequisites, time plan)
-Change Management Impacts (what's changing for whom and how to mitigate it)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Profound experience in project management in international banking projects
-Good social and communication skills
-Experience in migration projects (analyze and set up cut-over processes, set up and control certification processes, manage migration plan, involve all relevant stakeholder, coordinate requirements and specifications)
-Solid German and English language skills
