Project Manager - Migration - Accounting - Dutch speaking

We are currently looking for a Strong Project manager to manage the migration from our client's current accounting platform onto the company standard platform, Simcorp.

Or client requires a high quality Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage this migration and implement the necessary infrastructural and process changes to support the new model.

Activities:
* Manage migration of client accounts onto Accounting system and ensuring comparable functionality and service levels.
* Implement infrastructure and interfaces to support performance attribution, client reporting, reconciliation and collateral management within the new model.
* Plan, organise and control project throughout the whole project life cycle to agreed timescales and budgets
* Own and manage project deliverables, issues, risks, dependencies, finances and resources
* Establish project timelines, action plans, risk management and change control procedures, and monitoring progress against agreed timelines
* Accountable for co-ordinating across multiple system groups and ensuring all impacted parties are co-ordinated and deliver to a common project goal.
* Scope & estimate project requirements & deliver sound strategies to meet business needs
* Manage project team in a direct and Matrix style as required
* Report into programme management and liaise with other project managers on interdependent projects
* Facilitate business & system workshops for business users of all levels
* Preparation and presentation of Steering Committee materials

Required Skills and Experience

* Proven IT project management experience across the whole project life cycle with a track record of successful implementations
* Structured approach to Project Management with experience delivering projects with large budgets
* Delivery and results focused and the ability to manage complex client relationships
* Excellent understanding of accounting practices and methodologies.
* Excellent understanding of operations processes within an Asset Management context.
* Flexibility to work in The Hague and Heerlen
* Proficient oral and written skills in English
* Proficient oral and written skills in Dutch
* Preferably exposure and understanding of SimCorp Dimension
