PROJECT MANAGER (MIDDLEWARE ORACLE, ORACLE SOA, CCN2, SPEED2) - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and FRENCH (bilingual)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Knowledge and understanding of Project management techniques and tools:
- PMI, PRINCE2, PM2, TEMPO
- Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks:
- ITIL, COBIT
- IT infrastructure and Virtualisation tools:
- Linux, Solaris, VMware, Storage, Databases, Networking and related technologies
- Systems Management tools and concepts (Monitoring, Backup)
- Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager is an asset
- Knowledge and experience with Middleware tools:
- Oracle Fusion, CCN, User authentication
- CCN high level architecture and its components
- Proven and extensive experience in coordinating operational activities in a complex IT environment (comparable to the CCN Network)

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Collect new requirements from the units in charge of customs and taxation IT systems
- Ensure operational condition of the IT infrastructure and services for the applications
- Coordinate with the different contractors for operational service provisioning
- Ensuring good execution of several programmes (business driven projects, data centre improvements, service management, IT security)
- Manage and follow-up on business related projects, starting with the business case, and account for impact of the related IT systems on the infrastructure
- Manage the CCN/CSI network and activities (Common Communications Network/Common System Interface)
- Support internal users and the CCN customers in the national administration
