PROJECT MANAGER - MICROSOFT DYNAMICS, CRM, CRM 2016, AGILE, SCRUM, EUROPE, HOLLAND, NETHERLANDS, AMSTERDAM

Our Global Enterprise Client is looking for an experienced Dynamics Project Manager with the following core skills to deliver a mid-term contract engagement for one of their high profile end-customer projects in Europe.

START: 18TH JULY 2016

DURATION: 6 MONTHS + POSSIBLE EXTENSION (FULL TIME - 5 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE)

LOCATION: AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS

DOMINANT SKILL: Project/Programme management with experience in delivering Dynamics projects

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Knowledge and skills in the following is essential:

- Senior/Principal level Project Manager with Programme Management expertise and vast enterprise-level IT technology implementation experience
- Deep experience in managing and executing technological software implementation projects related to MS Dynamics CRM and the MS Dynamics Sure Step Methodology
- Commercially astute and familiar with working within the scope agreed in a SoW
- Proven experience in leading teams of up to 20 in deliveries
- Knowledge and experience in the implementation of CRM systems and implementation of business processes in CRM
- Supplier & Vendor Management - Proven experience of delivering within an external customer facing environment
- Certified/Proven experience in an industry recognised Project Management methodology: PRINCE2, PMI, GPMA, AGILE, PMP, Scrum, Six Sigma, Kanban etc.
- Proven Skills in effective Governance Procedures, including Strong Risk and Issue Management
- SAP IS/U knowledge

Knowledge and skills in the following is desirable:

- Delivering latest versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Good customer facing & Stakeholder Management skills
- Language skills: English spoken and written. Local language (Dutch) speakers welcome also
- Team orientated - utilising key members as SMEs
- Highly organised and able to tackle things without supervision
- Strong Leadership and Motivation skills - Coordinating and leading project teams
- Calm and pragmatic under pressure
- Proactive/Can do attitude
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
