£200-400 per day

My client is a leading travel and leisure brand who is looking for a number of Project Managers with M&A Experience, and exposure to the USA Market to join a number of their current projects.

A strong candidate would have extensive experience within E-commerce, retail, leisure, travel or hospitality, although candidates from other sectors would be considered. Any specific M however for a candidate looking to specialize in M candidate must have both insurance expertise and analytic skills
Become conversant in M&A terminology, processes, and overall economic terms of transactions.
Leading proposals for new clients
Manage M&A engagement
Provide project management and advisory services to Buyers and Sellers in the pre-acquisition and pre-sale environment.
Additional M M&A projects often involve tight timelines
Outstanding communication skills both oral and written essential.
Analytic skills also required.
Experience of working in the travel sector preferred but not essential
