Project Manager - Medical Devices

Main responsibilities for the role can be found below:

Main Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee all aspects of project - budget management, planning, timelines, monitoring and create thorough processes
* Support and assist development of new and existing products through lifecycle working with hardware/software teams making sure designs are produced in line with company procedures
* Define project objectives, set deadlines, assign activities and control communications across multiple project teams
* Conduct catch up meetings with project teams and report back to senior board

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

* Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience) - Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, Composite etc. with experience in areas such as Automation, Computer Science, Electronics.
* ISO 13485 ideal
* Substantial R&D Project Management Experience: Planning, Leadership and Direction, Client Relationship Management, Internal & External Alignment, Resource Management, Financial & Budget Management, Communication, Process Orientation, PMO Experience, Methodology & Frameworks, Operational & Long Term Thinking, Risk Management.
* Experience working with medical devices that involve electromechanical and software components.
* Knowledge/exposure to Regulatory and/or FDA requirements or Design Control for Medical Devices (either consumable or serialized).
* Experience with PDL (Product Development Lifecycle) utilizing a stage gated approach.
* Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
* Understanding of Manufacturing and CGMP (Certified Good Manufacturing Practices).
