Project Manager urgently required in Zurich on a contract basis for a leading financial.
You will be responsible for the preparation of migrating from multiple-Legacy platforms to new single-index calculation engine, managing new index launches, producing and maintaining project initiation documents, high level and detailed project planning following Prince II methodology using MS Project. Managing incident and problem management processes and operational KPI's following ITILv3 principles.
The ideal candidate will have a proven record as a Project Manager with Prince2 certification and previous experience project managing a new trading platform with end to end full project life cycle experience, you will also be responsible for insuring their clients/members connectivity & integration to the new platform for operational readiness. An understanding of Windows Technologies (MS Project), Unix, Database and additional programming language (SQL, C#, Java, etc). Experience in project managing Market Data/Index/Indices concepts, etc will be at a distinct advantage.
