We're looking for an individual with:
Commercial/manufacturing/office fit Project Management experience
Experience managing a main contractor
Construction/engineering/surveying background
Experience of building and refurbishment projects
You'll also be required to select and engage a number of support contractors to fit out infrastructure (telephony and IT primary).
We're looking for contractors who can demonstrate significant experience delivering similar projects.
This is urgent requirement, the deadline for applications to be received is 9am on Friday 5th December.
