Project Manager, Maintenance and Support of Software Solutions

Project Manager, Maintenance and support of software solutions is required. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a hugely successful and global leading organisation. The Project Manager will have in-depth experience of delivering support of software solutions. It is essential the Project Manager has managed support and maintenance projects previously and not just development projects.

Essential:

- At least 8 years of IT experience out of which a minimum of 3 years should have been in a project management role managing projects of a support nature
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in Application Support area by practicing ITIL processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity management, Service Availability Management etc.
- The candidate should be experienced with various maintenances like corrective, adaptive, perfective and preventive Maintenances.
- Vendor Management skills - Ability to manage multiple vendors, service reviews, SLA Tracking etc.
