MY DUTIES:

- Development and validation of transition activities within each sequence, coordination of multiple deep-dive planning activities and workshops
- Ensuring alignment with all regions
- Ensuring local project organization is in place and correctly staffed
- Enabling local project organization and other key stakeholders to understand their roles in transitioning to WIPRO and ensuring their engagement in the project
- Developing detailed project management and technical understanding of the scope as well as a detailed understanding of the underlying contract and the responsibilities of the Service Provider
- Tracking progress and tracking daily against the established roadmap and expected deliverables
- Ensuring dependency management
- Monitoring scope of delivery as well as preparing and aligning Change Requests and additional Scope of Work
- Major risk and issue management as well as serving as first-level escalation for all SDWAN-related topics
- Preparing and providing key inputs for most relevant GITO meetings e.g. SteerCo
- Review, continuous improvement and local sign-off of key provider deliverables
- Ensuring very close alignment and direct reporting program management

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong network knowledge especially in WAN / site topology
- SD WAN implementation experience
- Network security knowledge
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in service operation management (SLA, IT Operations Control,...)
- Experience in working in international teams
- English business fluent
