Project Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Online and One drive for Business within Microsoft O365 in an enterprise environment
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders in the Modern Desktop SharePoint online project e.g. Engineering as well as Product Management
- Security, Compliance, Testing and Operations team to coordinate, plan, manage and execute the successful releases of SPO and ODfB into production
- Fully responsible for the release adhering to the milestones and KPIs given in the project
- Manage risk as well as budget within the release reponsibilities
- Responsible for accurately setting up and the maintaining the project plan in MS Project including dependencies to other streams
- Act as the SCRUM MASTER for the the engineering work, conducting sprint planning sessions,Sprint Retrospective, Sprint demo sessions
- Act as a servant leader
- Communicate/report to the Program and Project lead as well as the OPCO and Steerco members
- Work very closely with overall the Project Lead and manage the releases within the project.
- Educate the various teams on upcoming change and clearly communicate how they will be impacted

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent relationship building and inter-personal skills
- Excellent verbal/written communications skills 
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, Azure and Microsoft O365 services 
- Very good knowledge and experience in implementing Microsoft O365 and especially SharePoint Online and One Drive for Business in an enterprise envirnment 
- Ability to clearly and concisely produce documentation to a high standard using industry standard tools (MS Word, Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to produce and maintain schedules and plans (MS Project) providing relevant and timely updates
- Ability to sufficiently understand the process to predict and resolve issues during each stage of a project life cycle
- General experience with migrating to Microsoft O365 SharePoint Online and One Drive for Business in an enterprise environment
- Ability to drive engagement with key stakeholders and facilitate learning through clear communication
- Attention to detail and be process orientated
- Independent thinking, used to working in high pressure environments with the ability to resolve issues and escalate when assistance is required
- Self-motivated and used to working with in a large, globally distributed organization
- Experience in successfully delivering large scale technology releases within the banking sector, especially experience in releasing SharePoint
- Hands-on mentality
