MY DUTIES:

- Facilitate and lead effective project meetings and workshops, including meeting minutes, identify action items and meeting follow-ups Create and manage documentation repositories and databases (e.g. gDrive,  
- Sharepoint) 
- Identify other tools and technologies to support the focus area 
- Develop and drive integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with network strategy 
- Develop and track resource planning estimates and project budget 
- Manage focus area internal and external communication plans, being responsible for all communication channels such as newsletters, Google site, G+ community 
- Prepare strategic presentations for senior management
- Identify and engage stakeholders, including collecting stakeholder feedback through voice of the customer interviews or surveys

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum: BS/BA in life science, engineering, business or relevant experience
- Profound effective project managements experience in biotechnology, medical/combination device and/or pharmaceutical operations groups 
- Familiarity with drug and/or medical device development process through FDA approval 
- Excellent organisational skills 
- Strong written/oral communication, facilitation and presentation skills 
- Proven ability to create strong working relationships with respect to cultural diversity and working styles 
- High proficiency with the use of Office Software 
- Ability of effective decision-making and the ability to identify issues requiring appropriate escalation 
- The ability to organize, lead, and execute on a variety of assignments and action plans; demonstrated ability to drive for results and manage projects
