MY DUTIES:

-Close cooperation with legal department to generate and manage contracts as well as CDAs
-Responsible for the financial reporting and tracking the budgets (including invoice reporting and PO-management)
-Set up a tracking system and ensure the readiness of all audit relevant documents
-Organize and participate in various meetings

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Successful completed higher education
-Well funded operational project management experience
-Fluent in English, German an asset
