IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Coordinate university preparation activities with construction activities in Kuwait;
-Support setting-up of governance structure, incl. interim structure and organizational Processes before all committees and key staff are in place
-Support development and documentation of key processes in preparation of a quality Management system for the university
-Support selection of key services to be offered for academic staff and students at the

beginning of university operation -Support selection of research and teaching equipment
-Support selection of Kuwaiti students to study Germany
-Coordinate preparation activities for university operation with any other university-

related activity if and where required (e.g. health center/ university hospital, Technology transfer center).

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Considerable experience with the preparation and/ or management of larger institutions, preferably in the education sector
-At least master degree
-Very good familiarity with instruments for higher education development
-Structured and solution-oriented working method
-Collaborative skills and openness, intercultural competence
-Fluency in English
-Arabic language skills or professional working experience in Arab countries would be an asset.
