IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Technical Operations/Biologics Technical Development and Manufacturing (BTDM)
-Support Late Phase PTR and Sub Team with the set-up and maintenance of cross functional technical project plans (WPs) in the new Project Management system (Horizon)
-Ensure operational excellence with proficient, accurate & harmonized project planning across BTDM globally and warrant compliance of resource planning & tracking with established business processes in line with the defined IMB strategy/categorization
-Provides downloads/reports of resources in respective system and any other information to customers in PM subteams and line functions (BPAs)
-Manage the overall timelines and resources (int/ext) for all PM Line Function within a given project in Horizon in close collaboration with the LP PTR and the PM subteam
-Therefore acts as extended member/participant of PM sub-team to ensure up to date project plans, data accuracy and realistic forecasting in relevant Project Portfolio Management Systems (Horizon)
-Oversee cross-functional PM Project Plans on WP level for assigned projects with PTR and PM subteam
-Act as point of contact for financial questions (external & internal resources) related to assigned projects within PM
-As such supports PTRs, PM subteam members on project cost tracking
-Generate regular Horizon and financial tool reports for quality reviews (e.g. by PTR, DA/FH) and maintenance of technical work packages within the assigned project
-Support development of processes, governance and best practices for data entry and maintenance of Horizon & other planning tools together with other resource planners and PM PMO
-Ensures data entry and reporting are done compliance to above defined processes and best practices together with other resource plannersexperience in working in service functions or providing customer support
-Some experience of working within a global team environment and be a very good team player
-Good communication skills – must be able to interact with people from different sectors and levels
-Solid organizational skills and ability to meet timelines
-Ability to work independently, and can handle new assignments with minimal supervision
