IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage IMP Quality activities for planning, scheduling, reporting and applying project manager knowledge and processes to different technical platforms such as large molecule, device, small molecule
-Monitor critical path timelines and resources for assigned IMPs, using project manager tools, principles and practices to deliver successfully on time
-As a member of the IMP Quality organization, participate in staff meetings and department initiatives

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Ability to independently manage priorities and assignments across multiple projects simultaneously
-Bachelor's degree in science or engineering required; PMP certification is a plus
-Profound and relevant practical experience in project management within the biotech or the pharmaceutical industry with a sound knowledge of drug development processes
-Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
-Strong knowledge of manufacturing or technical development processes; cGMPs and compliance experience preferred
-Fluency in English and German
