IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Pro-actively act as coordinator and communicator of meetings required to understand the existing schedule-related matters and keep the schedule up-to-date
-On-time delivery of final report from discovery phase, including adequate time for an initial review of the draft report by the Novartis program lead
-Support project core team and work stream sponsor meetings with up-to-date progress reports in the agreed format
-Preparation of special analyses and reports upon request
-Completion of assigned trainings within given due dates
-Adherence to Novartis standards and best practices as trained

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Outstanding experience in scheduling complex projects
-Solid experience in scheduling operations activities within the biopharmaceutical industry for a project with similar scope as defined herein
-Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio and Adobe Acrobat
-Excellent English language skills, in both written and verbal communication
-Familiarity with the commercialization of biopharmaceuticals
-Familiarity with Novartis and the Novartis quality management system
-German language skills, in both written and verbal communication (primary project and contract language is English, interaction with certain Novartis employees may require German language skills, all correspondence, information and documentation produced in connection with this project shall be English)
