IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Coordinate the implementation of administration, tracking and updating of any activities ensuring the timely input of all involved work streams, units and functions
-Drive the completion of the project towards project objectives according to project plan and project charter together with the work stream leader
-Ensure all involved work streams are in sync and interaction works efficiently among the work stream leaders
-Coordinate administration, tracking and updating of any project activities
-Ensure project deliverables are generated with quality
-Create presentations (PowerPoint) for all kinds of purposes
-Plan and, if needed, chair regular meetings and call for meetings
-Ensure the sustainability of the project objectives through documentation, paper trails, share points and documented alignment with all relevant stakeholders

-Strong Project management skills
-Strong communication skills, verbally and in writing
-Ability to work in a fast changing and complex environment
-Fast learner
-Administrative skills
-Intra-cultural skills
-Experience in working in a matrix organisation
-Pharma experience preferred
