IHRE AUFGABEN:

-As a Project Manager, you provide the interface between several MiFID II projects in the bank, help to set-up the project and structure all the requests
-On-side coordination of meetings and requests
-Overseeing and chasing the delivery
-Summarizing the meeting results
-Running project calls
-Weekly status report
-Coordination (Project) Office to provide ongoing support for the

execution of the project including: -Coordination of meeting requests
-Maintain document request log
-Identification of response owner within the bank
-Tracking/ Chasing of substream delivery
-Weekly status report
-Support of PM in daily project meetings
-Maintain sharepoint
-General project administration
-Archiving of project documentation

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Project Management respectively Project office background in several projects
-Basic understanding of Wealth Management industry, ideally some background in client advisory processes
-Ideally some organizational knowledge of the Bank
-English – project language is English in several cases
