-Responsibility for developing and implementing a comprehensive schedule control system, including project work plans, performance control and forecasts
-Providing and reviewing schedule risk analysis with emphasis on milestones, project progress and objectives
-Monitoring and ensuring periodic reporting of project progress, results and deviations in cooperation with lead staff and project management (client and internal status reports)
-Conducting audits and management reviews
