Project Manager - Lotus notes to exchange migration, Prince 2, multiple projects

Our client is a FTSE 100 leader in the Energy sector with an opening for an experienced Project Manager with experience of delivering Lotus Notes to Exchange Migration ideally. You should also be experienced at delivering multiple smaller projects and larger individual projects and be experienced to Prince2 Practitioner level.

You will need to be focused on delivery against stretching targets and requirements and will report on progress against target to Project Sponsors at Project Boards and Head of IT Programmes through the Programme Office and Project Finance. At times the Project Manager may be required to deliver a large individual project or multiple smaller projects.

You will need to establish strong relationships across the business and work with them to identify and deliver computer and business systems as specified. Initiate reviews of existing processes, challenging the status qu. Manage project resources as necessary to ensure that resultant systems/services deliver the specified objectives, within budget and timescale.

Experience required:

- Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange Migration experience.
- Prince 2 Practitioner level experience
- Change Management knowledge and appreciation
- Experience of matrix organisations
- Strong leadership and governance skills
- Demonstrable skills in managing project risks and issues
- Experience in application/IT based programme or project management
- Excellent understanding of IT products, services and systems
- Experience of managing multiple projects using an enterprise High level of aptitude with Microsoft project or similar planning tool
- Experience of differing system development life-cycles and methodologies
- Experience of supplier management
