PROJECT MANAGER needed for Contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in St. Louis, MO.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Developing detailed process flows of an Order-to-Cash business, focusing on the Logistics related activity, such as creating deliveries, optimizing transportation, shipping to customers and to internal warehouses.
- Gathering high level info about processes feeding Logistics and receiving Logistics output as part of high level flow development.
- Capturing all system tools used to execute step(s) in a process.
- Interviewing Subject Matter Experts to gather info about process(es), probing to draw out all steps in a process and clarifying activity within a step Developing flows from high level, end-to-end, then doing more detailed flows to expand steps in higher level flows to be used for process description to management and as a training tool for members of the Logistics organization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Flowcharting skills - swim lanes by function or group, Visio (flowcharting software), Active Listening, SAP and Business terminology in order and delivery processes
- MS Excel
