Project Manager - Lexisone PMS Implementation

Robert Half Management Resources are looking to engage with an Interim Project Manager to support an Implementation of LexisOne Practice Management System from Galaxy, based in South West. Role will start in January/February 2015. TO BE CONSIDERED YOU WILL COME FROM A LEGAL OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BACKGROUND.

THE ROLE

Our client is a National Law Firm based in the South West of England, currently looking for an experienced Interim Project Manager - Practice Management Systems for a major roll-out firm wide.

- Working with the business to define, scope and plan the project from launch through to go-live, while supporting the business objectives, constraints and business strategy.
- Manage requirement gathering with the business to review existing business processes and develop solutions.
- Monitoring and reporting to stakeholders on project progress using established progress reporting mechanisms.
- Identifying and communicating key risks to project participants at all levels, production of Highlight reports and working with the project team to resolve any issues as they arise.
- Setting and managing business expectations.
- Managing day to day project activity to include preparation of project plans, production of reports and maintenance of project files and records.
- Managed complex data migrations as part of the project. Produce schedules for data mapping and conversion sessions. Interrogate the business databases and produce key data migration documents.

YOUR PROFILE

- Proven track record working in the legal sector, as a practising solicitor.
- Proven delivery as a Project Manager of global implementation of a Practice Management System (ie LexisOne, Galaxy, Elite 3E, Elite Enterprise, Aderant, LawSoft etc.).
- Solid knowledge and understanding of a business operations environment.
- Extensive demonstrable experience of delivering large scale projects through the full systems development life cycle.
- PMP, Prince 2 or Lean Six Sigma certification.

Interim Project Manager - LexisOne Practice Management Systems.

Six month initial contract to commence in January/February 2015.

Day Rate: £450 - £500 per day (via Ltd Company) DOE.
