Project Manager | Leiden | 8 Months | Dynamics, ERP,

Square One are Looking for an experienced project Manager for an initial 8 Month project starting in the new year based out of Leiden.

Experience & Educational Requirements:

Project Management skills (10 years of experience) in a complex and international environment (EMEA).

Proven experience in managing successfully the different stages in a large IM project (initiation, functional design, build, UAT testing, cutover etc.)

At least 5 years in roles implementing and supporting ERP systems preferably MS Dynamics AX 2012.

Demonstrable ability to self-start, work independently and to hit the road running .

Experiences in an international retail business.

Excellent analytical and logical skills with a clear eye for attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities

Flexible in approach to tasks and priorities

Influencing and Interpersonal skills

Strong system integration experience

Strong experience planning the development and delivery of complex software solutions.

Capabilities:

Demonstrated experience in Managing the implementation of ERP systems in a complex multinational environments (with strong preference for MicroSoft AX2012 R3)

Experience in working with mature incident, problem, release- and change management processes and supporting systems.

Strong communicator, with the ability to communicate and liaise with people from all levels of the business, across countries

Capable of engaging in, and comfortable with, detailed process and cross application systems issues

Maintains a sufficiently flexible approach to constantly changing demands to be able to respond and adapt in a controlled manner

Languages:

Must speak fluent English (and most ideally Swedish), Dutch preferred as well
