Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist with the implementation of systems in People and Culture including the design of a performance management framework, as well as building a Learning Management System for the business.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Proven experience in the implementation and delivery of a web-based human capital system that incorporates performance management, talent management and Learning Management System
- The ability to manage and engage with key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level organisational skills meeting critical deadlines
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and high profile clients
- Evaluate the business and client requirements and deliver a high profile system
