THE REQUIREMENT

We have an immediate requirement to join FinXL and provide a Project Manager/Lead to our large Sydney based client.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large on going program of work that will see you lead a team of ten and working alongside the Scrum Master to deliver a stream of this large program of work.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

- An extensive background focussed on integration and workforce management systems (essential)
- Proven Project Management capabilities managing risks, backlogs and issues.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management
- Responsibility of large budgets up to $2 million
- Proven experience in workforce management with a focus in build and construction
- Team management of up to 15 people
- Exposure to Agile and understanding of the core fundamentals
- Strong knowledge around Workforce Management/Taskforce Management in a complex technology organisation
