Project Manager - Junior Level

WE ARE SEEKING A JUNIOR LEVEL PROJECT MANAGER TO JOIN US IN METTAWA, ILLINOIS.

Selected individual will be managing various aspects of business projects. Includes project planning and design, implementing strategic and tactical initiatives, and ensuring, through formal project management practices, that the final product meets the original project requirements. Includes functions in support of client project management. Includes intermediate level ability to develop detailed plans and schedules with project tracking and oversight. Leads one or more projects, which may involve multiple financial, technical, or business disciplines. Uses Microsoft Project, and analyzes data in Excel and presents in PowerPoint. Solid communication and presentation skills needed. Strong relationship building skills are a must. Knowledge of business processes and/or financial systems a plus. PMP certification preferred.

- Fully qualified in all routine and typical aspects of the role.
- Frequently uses and applies appropriate standards, principle theories, concepts and techniques.
- Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects. 
- Provides solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. 
- Works under general supervision and follows established procedures. 

NOTE: Does not have direct Associate performance management responsibility.

Preferred: Banking, Risk or Compliance experience
