Project Manager (Junior) - IT, Pharmaceutical, Biostatistics
The primary role of the Junior HIT&TM Consultant is to analyze 2 specific challenges and assist in the development, structuring as well as documenting the strategic & tactical approach to successfully conclude the initiatives. The 2 initiatives are the Epilepsy Treatment Decision Support and the Translational Medicines projects.
The type of work would include:
*Collect, summarize and structure all currently available information and learnings
*Analyze the environmental factors and external influencing factors
*Structure the thinking of different stakeholders
*Assist in development of the strategy & drawing of a plan and approach for the immediate and midterm future
*Collect initial high level user & technical requirements and laisse with the infrastructure to consider options
*Prepare potential IT project plans & associated documents
*Validate assumptions with key stakeholders
Background:
*Master's degree in engineering or pharmaceutical science
*Junior to medior profile with a first experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
*General understanding of the main activities of a pharmaceutical company
*Eager to learn
Key capabilities:
*Capabe to structure thoughts and keep overview by seeing the bigger picture
*Able to grasp abstract concepts and turn them into concrete solutions
*Open-minded and able to think outside of the box
* Result oriented & stress resistant
*Strong project management skills
*Solid PowerPoint and Excel skills
Nice to have's:
*Knowledge of the US healthcare system
*Biostatistics experience
