Project Manager Job

PROJECT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SWIFTWATER, PENNSYLVANIA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Follow PMO project management methodology.
- Develop the project scope statements for each project.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the projects.
- Maintain and update the project plans.
- Manage each projects scope.
- Report project status on a weekly basis and communicate status to the key project participants and interested parties.
- Escalate unresolved issues and communicate decisions.
- Track the project budgets against the actual costs and forecast costs to completion.
- Develop a project risk plan for both projects and manage the project risks according to the plans.
- Responsible for Project Scope Statements, Updated Project Plans, Weekly Status Reports, Updated Project Budget Tracking, Updated Project Risk Plans

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree - Business School, Engineer or Scientist
- At least 5 years of experience as PM on cross-functional projects (combining efforts of multiple teams) within a large biotech or pharmaceutical company
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills (soft skills)
- Ability to manage projects with various scopes (Manufacturing Technology, R&D, Commercial Operations) but driven by commercial endpoints
- Business-oriented, result-driven, dynamic, initiative-taker and rigorous
