SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Pittsburgh, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- This role will be responsible for managing the new Global T&E Expense Tool.

- Confirm Requirements & Objectives
- Identify: a) Key Stakeholders, b) Assumptions & Constraints, c) Preliminary Risk
- Understand Roles & Responsibilities for all Key Stakeholders (RACI) Plan Project
- Verify Scope
- Create Critical Path Milestones Roadmap
- Create Detailed Project Plan
- Create Financial Performance Plan
- Identify Action Items & Issues/Risks
- Define Documentation Control Strategy
- Develop Operating Model: Governance, Communication Plan, Testing, Change Management, Escalation strategy Execute & Monitor Project
- Ensure completion of Critical Path Milestones & Detailed Project Plan Tasks
- Document, monitor and assist with resolution of risks/issues (people, process or tools)
- Facilitate Gate Methodology/Sign-Off for critical project phases
- Communicate Status to Key Stakeholders through Management routines
- Monitor Benefits Realization Status
- Celebrate Success Close Project
- Confirm work completed against requirements (Critical Path & Detailed Project Plan)
- Perform Final Stakeholder Acceptance, Project Closure Hand-Off (BAU), Post Project Review

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five (5) plus years' project management, business consulting, transformation or process improvement experience
- Demonstrate successful execution of large scale projects or equivalent.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver large, complex projects on time and within budget
- Highly effective planning and prioritization skills
- Ability to supervise large project team members
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Develop and execute communication strategy's
- Modify or suggest enhancements to create/optimize business value
- Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multi- disciplinary perspectives
- Ability to overcome challenges in remote working such as overseas locations, cultural differences, split time-zones to ensure positive interactions
- Be assertive, objective and be able to confront internal clients with difficult issues
- Able to facilitate senior level committees, teams and major planning events
- Ability to manage against multiple competing priorities
