Project Manager Job

PROJECT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Neenah, WI.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experience leading projects related to developing, maintaining, or managing complex digital applications
- Comfortable managing and organizing multiple engineering teams
- Ability to manage numerous in-progress projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- In partnership with Project Leader, takes full responsibility for the definition, documentation and satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects (typically lasting 6-12 months, with direct business impact, teams of 3-5 and firm deadlines).
- Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.
- Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and provides regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.
- Ensures Quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure.
- Manages the change control procedure, and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off.
- Provides effective leadership to the project team, and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experienced position that requires a Bachelors or Master's degree and five to eight (5-8) years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end web and mobile technologies, enterprise-level content management systems, and publishing processes
- Strong conflict management skills
- Flexibility in dealing with rapidly changing, time-constrained launch schedules; remaining calm in the face of last-minute business required changes
- Ability to absorb complex digital information and communicate effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assess and evaluate risk or priorities. Identifies and takes action upon Smart Risks
- Ability to assess new digital technologies, develop recommendations or plans for global implementations and drive an implementation team through completion
- Demonstrates clear leadership and the ability to influence and persuade others

- Implementation and management of digital testing techniques
- Database: SQL Server
