SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in WAYNE PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Heavy IT or infrastructure PM experience with ability to drive projects
- Pharmaceutical industry experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Contribute or prepare Business Case and Financial Requests; develop project schedule, resource and financial estimates
- Plan; develop and maintain detailed integrated project plans which identify milestones and dependencies, develop, maintain and monitor resource, communication and change management plans
- Develop and manage project scope, change control, schedule, cost and quality
- Develop project schedule, resource and financial estimates

- Manage and report project financials
- Lead identification, mitigation, resolution and reporting of project risks & issues, and work with relevant colleagues to identify solutions. Initiate escalation process when appropriate.
- Manage Project Change control for scope, schedule, cost and quality
- Promote common understanding of project timelines, milestones and reporting in order to ensure stakeholder and project team member alignment
- Lead project delivery in a collaborative, constructive manner
- Comply with structured project management methodologies, Project Management best practices and documentation practices.
- Coordination and scheduling of and vendor resources
- Key Project Performance Indicators
- Finalized Project Roles and Responsibilities reflecting project team responsibilities and potential constraints
- Timely development of revised integrated project plan
- Daily management and progression of Risk and Issue Register
- Appropriate Stakeholder management - as measured by Customer feedback
- Adherence to the Project delivery methodology framework
- Delivery of key project activities in line with agreed milestones, eg (1) Completion of User Requirements (2) Assembly of required internal and External Resources, (3) Project Execution and documentation, (4) Documentation review and Project close-out and monitor.
- Timely and seamless transition of projects to operations support organization(s)
- All project documentation is kept up to date and available to stakeholders and project team at all times.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must be PMP certified
- Must be familiar with the use of MS SharePoint
- Must possess 8-10 years of Project Management or Portfolio Management experience
- Must be able to work independently
