Project Manager Job

PROJECT MANAGER III needed for a CONTRACT job opportunity with Yoh's client located in Thousand Oaks, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects may be strategic in nature.
- Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (ie feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning).
- Regularly interacts with management.
- Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members.
- May be responsible for cross-functional teams.
- Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
- May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.
- Business process development best practices, change management

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Four (4) year degree
- Minimum expectations include solid MS Project/Visio/office/etc.
- Strong reputable Project Manager experience on more complex challenging process change projects/programs in a leadership role
- Excellent written/verbal communications skills,
- Ability to deliver results quickly,
- Presentation skills
- Ability to lead teams/facilitate meetings and workshops,
- Work well in a complex matrixed environment
- Strong analytical skills/business analysis skills,
- Ability to manage and lead in sometimes ambiguous situations and problems.
- Root cause analysis skills and ability to help form project direction and shape/path for solutions.
- Expertise in running medium to large scale projects
- Strong MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
- Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources
- Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures
- Experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices
- Strong analytical skills
