PROJECT MANAGER needed for a long term contract opportunity with SAP AMERICA located in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

SAP seeks a Project Mgr (PM) who will work in a team environment focused on managing education delivery as part of the Global Data Management Organizational Change Management (OCM) program to various stakeholders and end-users across many lines of business in SAP. Candidate will work with global and regional stakeholders to project manage all aspects of education delivery for existing programs and data migrations to existing and new SAP employees.

- Provide project management for education delivery of Global Data Management projects.
- Provide project management for ongoing educational deliveries.
- Facilitate discussions related to educational requirements, anticipate and track future needs supporting OCM activities.
- Participate as extended resource on related approved projects, assisting in managing scope and delivery of educational materials supporting a solution.
- Ensure stakeholders and end-user communities are aware, in advance, of education deliveries
- Determine when to escalate issues to management for resolution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related area; Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- Five (5) plus years in project management.
- Three (3) plus years in managing education delivery related to data management projects & migrations.
- Ability to work in a team based environment.
- Strong project and task management, and issue resolution experience.
- Strong communication, coordination, meeting facilitation experience.
- System knowledge of SAP CRM.
- Self-starter, results driven, with a process improvement focus.
- Creativity in suggesting solutions.
- Good facilitation, leadership and group process skills.
- MS Office skills.
