Project Manager Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a PROJECT MANAGER to join our client in Boston, MA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversees the work of a technical team, while considering business management aspects.
- Make sure that members are working on the project, as per the set schedule.
- Has to create technical requirements and document them for the team's guidance.
- Adept in working with project management systems that implements the software life cycle methodology following SCRUM
- Ensures quality assurance standards in the work done.
- This person will need to deal with complex database concepts, object-oriented methodologies, and Client Server and web system architectures to understand what is being developed AND for the purpose of resolving complicated project barriers.
- A technical project manager has to execute tasks as per the requirements of the project and client.
- Has to thoroughly understand the full life cycle of a project and its requirements.
- Assist clients in understanding all the technical and complex aspects of projects in a simple manner, which aids in clear business communication.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in fields like Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other technical field is a must.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is valued significantly and/or at least three (3) years of technical project management.
- Needs to possess technical abilities as well preferably with .NET and SQL server.
- Management skills include qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, problem-solving skills, decision-making skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities.
- Demonstrated Leadership skills.
- Needs to be able to articulate well via verbal and written communication skills.
