Project Manager Job

Yoh has an immediate contract opportunity for a PROJECT MANAGER to join us at our Philadelphia, PA location.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop project execution approach and associated plan/schedule to successfully achieve project objectives and deliverables using MS Project, SharePoint and related tools.
- Manage and report on multiple work streams including operations, human resources, information technology, finance, etc.
- Prepare project plans and forecasts, risk mitigation and status reports for integration management team, steering committee and other stakeholders.
- Effectively coordinate the activities of the team to meet project milestones. Monitor progress and resource utilization and routinely communicate status to management.
- Resolve day-to-day operational problems and conflicts and recommend improvements where needed.

Required Job Qualifications:
- Eight (8) years+ related experience directly managing medium to large sized projects using formal project management methodologies, techniques and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Liaison and consultative skills, negotiating skills within a context of a high cultural sensitivity.
- Experience leading multi-site projects.
- Experience coordinating virtual teams.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or other project management certification preferred.
