Edelway AG is a Professional Services Consultancy based in Switzerland.

One of our best clients, a global company, based in Paris area, is currently looking for a Project Manager to join them on a long term basis.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration of the contract: 1 year + renewable

THE ROLE:

*Experience in complex "Software development" or "Software package customisation" Projects (3 years minimum).
*Ability to manage projects in an international environment
*Real experience of a PM methodology (eg: PMI, Prince)
*Experience in leading workshops with business users
*Experience in managing outsourced fixed price projects
*Experience with Agile projects
*Knowledge or experience with several technology (J2EE, Oracle, SAP ECC & BI, WebMethods, Opentext, HP Quality Center) would be an asset

YOUR PROFILE:

*Higher education completed, preferably with a degree in Engineering
*A minimum of 5 years in the IT domain
*Thorough knowledge of the systems development life cycle
*Experience in specification of "Specific Solution" based on user requirements
*Good experience in test coordination on a big multi-site project: test strategy, test plans, tests management, test campaigns coordination
*Several years of experience in an international environment
*Strong leadership & coordination skills
* ravelling from 1 week to 2 weeks will be required several times per year
