Project Manager- IT Service Management: Microsoft Infrastructure, ITIL

TASKS AND DELIVERABLES BY THE CONSULTANT

The main tasks of the future Project manager IT Service Management within the ICT Infrastructure team will be:

- to sustain the development/maintenance of the ICT Service Catalogue;
- to develop and agree internal as well external Service Level Agreements;
- to manage the development of the IT service management methodology ITIL;
- update information in the service desk systems and adjust processes in the service desk tool
- to manage the portfolio of ICT-I related service management projects;
- to ensure compliance with CMMI standards.

THE EXPECTED MAIN DELIVERABLES ARE:

- An updated ICT Service Catalogue.
- Experience on Microsoft Infrastructure Projects' Management (SharePoint, Windows server, Windows Workstation Exchange .)
- internal/external Service Level Agreements;
- improved ITIL processes;
- improved CMMI processes;
- Implementation of new ITIL processes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The selected consultant/s will work on site each working day for eight hours, in an estimated timeframe from 04/05/2015 until 31/01/2016 for 146 working days. The proposed consultant/s should be available from 01/05/2015 or from another mutually agreeable date.

Upon mutual written agreement, the number of working days may be increased by a maximum 50% of the number of days specified in the corresponding specific contract. However, any such agreement will only become effective following the signature of both Parties to an amendment to the specific contract.
