Project Manager IT Service Management

General:

- Drive all interfacing related subjects for the service now (SNOW) projects (platform).
- Organize workshops in case scope is not yet clear.
- Drive agreed actions in the SNOW interfacing area, internal actions and actions with vendors.
- Manage the related risks.
- Define exact deliverables and make detailed planning.
- Regularly report to Project boards and Steerco.

Specific:

- Organize dedicated integration meeting with process/steam leads/other architects in the ITSM area.
- Aligning regularly with first phase vendors where they need to interface in the process. eg weekly meetings.
- Follow-up actions of the SNOW implementation partner and the vendors to make the interface work technically.
- Align with 2nd phase vendor as the above.

DEMANDS PROJECT MANAGER IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT

- 10 - 15 years' experience as IT project manager
- Proven experience with IT service management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Experience with supplier integration
