Project Manager (IT Service Management)

The contract is with a large consultancy to be on assignment at a major European site in Stockholm.

The client is seeking a Project Manager IT Service Management as follows:

The main tasks of the future Project manager IT Service Management within the ICT Infrastructure team will be:

to sustain the development/maintenance of the ICT Service Catalogue;
to develop and agree internal as well external Service Level Agreements;
to manage the development of the IT service management methodology ITIL;
update information in the service desk systems and adjust processes in the service desk tool
to manage the portfolio of ICT-I related service management projects;
to ensure compliance with CMMI standards.

The expected main deliverables are:

An updated ICT Service Catalogue.
Experience on Microsoft Infrastructure Projects' Management ( SharePoint, Windows server, Windows Workstation Exchange .)
internal/external Service Level Agreements;
improved ITIL processes;
improved CMMI processes;
Implementation of new ITIL processes.

The consultant might be reassigned to other projects as necessary within the same field of work.
