Rate: 520 EUROS per day

Contract Duration: 18 months
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Lean/continuous improvement mindset.
- Know how on release and development life cycle concepts
- Business know how in Asset Management or Proxy domain: Capital Markets, Securities, Invest/Wealth Management.
- Experience with Vendor package implementation
- Agile/Scrum
- Scaling agile framework (SaFe)
- Jira and adaptvist (Kanoah)
- Know how/experience on migrations
- SQL Server/Oracle
CONTEXT - The program consists out of:
- Portfolio management - which takes care of the implementation as the new portfolio management systems in different sub projects: Front Office, Risk & Compliance, Transactions/Middle Office, Data & Corporate Actions
- Reporting - where the different subtracks cover all reporting: legal, client, risk, management requirements.
CONTENT/RESPONSIBILITIES
- The migration manager leads/steers the (virtual) system teams of the Program. They're responsible for drawing the architectural roadmap (backlog ). Systems team = Team composed out of technical experts covering all documentation arrangements, development life cycle, release implementation and coordination, IT operations .
- The migration manager is responsible for the preparation and execution of the migration scenario incl. release activities, go-live plan, technical and functional (data) migration, migration communication, Agreement with counterparties, distribution other internal/external counterparties.
